9am EST server company have issues
The server Company that we use is currently having issues. These issue are out of GR1’s control.
When the server company resolves their issues service will be back up.
12pm EST Update from our server company
The cooling manufacturer is currently on-site to help resolve the situation. I would expect a few more hours as cooling situations take a while to resolve. I know how much this is affecting everyone they are working as fast as they can to get full restoration.
For the time being the GR1 Flix app is still up and running.
